The Special Summon condition is 3 monsters, which is lighter than Raviel, but it's still heavy, and it's vanilla 4000, so you can't get Raviel's support even if it's on the field, so there's not much point in playing it

I've also seen that they've had events outside of just card events, so i'll need to check those out sometime
