Eject Rating: 6/10 Repulse is one of my favorite cards in Limited and making it cost 1 more mana isnt enough to dissuade me

This is not the first time WotC's switched up the formula on their dice, though

The Council of Four triggers off opponents drawing extra cards or double-spelling during their own turns, but you can also benefit from its abilities during your turn

Its the cards that feel like something new and exciting that makes you want to put your special brewing hat, gloves, monocle, or whatever else you use to channel the good deckbuilding vibes of MTG

You can throw most of that power level article out, at least until the dispari-ty between "Uro, Oko, etc." and "cards that aren't embarrassing" gets a little smaller
