There are lists of websites that tell you the value of a Magic card and one thing youll find is that all of these websites will have slight variations in pricing
No one needs 21 Teferi, Master of Time (outside of possibly Crim, but that's another story...)
Once it inevitably does get reprinted, it should fall back down to a dollar or two, assuming it hasn't caught on as a staple in a competitive Modern deck by then, which is unlikely but not impossible
However, that five-mana difference materializes through two very real drawbacks: the cumulative upkeep cost of one generic mana, and the ability of your opponents to player it around it
