The plate was made in the 1970s and is unmarked but most likely made by a Canadian pottery

LOVE the color

Due to storage there is a small area of yellowing on one edge as seen in the photos

She was destroyed by a fire in 1975 and scrapped in Hong Kong

A very pretty floral pattern on a pale yellow band with hand colored floral swags and gold trim. Occupied Japan marks were only used between 1945 1952. The plate is in very good +++ used vintage condition with no chips, cracks or wear. A piece of history that is useful & pretty!
